Organizations

RRIM lets you choose the organization or club for which you will hold meetings. An organization is a RRIM abstraction of an actual organization. The definable characteristics of an organization include its size, quorum for meetings, and meeting frequency. Meeting frequency may include convention or legislative meetings.

RRIM provides eight sample organizations with associated Main motion scripts:

• Basic club
• City council
• Condominium association
• PTA/PTO
• Religious (church/temple)
• Student government
• Toastmasters club
• Transport Engineers Society

RRIM also allows you to add your own organizations so you can personalize your learning experience. An extra feature is that you can enter the names of members of your club or organization. This lets you practice with real member names to make your experience even more realistic.
